Responsibilities

Develop a client base by canvassing and conducting meetings

Farming for new opportunities and maintaining client's database

Structure and negotiate real estate transactions

Collaborate with senior brokers to cultivate market expertise

Take part in property evaluation, underwriting, and due diligence

Requirements

Demonstrate abilities in sales, marketing, and networking

History in sports or team-oriented activities

Must have a real estate salesperson license or broker license

Proficient in Microsoft Office and adaptable to learning new applications
